These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SparkFlow desktop application ("the App") and your purchase of subscription or lifetime licenses, provided by CloakPoint Media. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
SparkFlow is a speech-to-text dictation tool. Speech models run locally on your machine; your audio is not uploaded to us. Optional AI post-processing features may send text to a provider you configure yourself. See our Privacy Policy.
SparkFlow is built on open-source software, including Handy by CJ Pais (MIT License) and other components under their respective licenses. Those licenses apply to their respective components. Your license to use the App covers our additions and the product as a whole; it does not grant ownership of any component.
Purchases are delivered as license keys tied to the email address used at checkout. Keys are personal and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. A key activates the App on your devices for the purchased term.
The subscription is $5 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Price changes will be announced before they take effect.
The lifetime license is a one-time purchase of $49 and includes all future updates of the App for as long as SparkFlow is offered. It has no recurring charges.
New users get 7 days of full-featured access with no payment details required. The trial is the full product — nothing is feature-gated.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App or its license system, or to use the App in violation of applicable law.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloakPoint Media's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where reasonable, by email. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or country in which CloakPoint Media is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
